At Walmart, we want to take the stress out of returns for both you and the customer. In this lesson, you’ll learn about the Walmart Marketplace returns process and the minimum requirements you’ll need to meet to conduct successful returns and refunds.
Keep in mind that some items cannot be returned, so make sure you review Walmart.com’s Returns policy.
If you fail to initiate the refund within 48 hours, Walmart will issue the refund on your behalf.
When selecting Total returns from the Returns Insights dashboard, you’ll see some data based on your total returns, overall returns rate and return shipping costs.
When selecting Reason types from the Returns Insights dashboard, you’ll see your data presented based on changed mind, defective, damaged, lost, late, undelivered, or incorrect item.
